Refund policy

Refunds & Exchanges can only be done if you receive your order damaged or faulty. Due to the nature of our products we are unable grant refunds or exchanges due to change of mind. 

Please ensure you follow care & storage instructions provided on all our products & on our website.

Liam Blends unfortunately can't be held accountable for failure to follow care instructions provided and replacements will not be granted in this situation. 

If you require a replacement for faulty or damaged stock please ensure you contact us directly within 30 days of receiving your order (we track every parcel we send) as replacements may not be granted past this timeframe. 

Skin Sensitivities

Please note the following disclaimer on all our skincare & body products.

"Please Note: I am not a medical practitioner, Please seek advice from your general practitioner before use. For our Skincare/Bath products we recommend doing a patch test before commencing use."

If you experience an adverse reaction to any of our products, we recommend immediately ceasing use of this product. We invite you to notify us so we are aware that our product may not be suitable for all skin types. While we feel it is unfortunate if this was to occur it does not indicate our product is faulty but simply that you may be allergic or sensitive to one of the ingredients in the product. By including the ingredients on the label in non-Latin terms we've made it easier to work out by self-elimination what it is you may have an allergy or sensitivity to. Please note our Refund policy does not cover personal skin reactions as a reason to request a refund. 

Communication

As a Mum, Fellow Consumer and Small Business Owner I ask that all communication exchanged always remains professional and respectful. While we understand you may feel the need to express your point of view on our terms or products, we are not required to address or acknowledge this with a response and will continue to communicate on a business basis only. If the communication becomes personally disrespectful, aggressive, or persistent beyond necessity at any point in time communication will cease.
