The charcoal side is soft and gentle on sensitive areas whilst the white side has a slightly rougher texture, providing a more intense clean. We use the charcoal side to remove mascara and makeup. We then flip over to the white side and do a ‘final wipe’ to see if there are any remaining traces of dirt or make-up, this side is also a great face scrubber that gently removes dead skin cells.
